AT&T Begins Offering FaceTime Over Cellular Service To Tiered Data Customers

AT&T has always been weird when it comes to allowing its customers to make FaceTime calls over cellular as it previously blocked the ability to use the iOS feature. Since then, the company has been slowly allowing its customers to use FaceTime Over Cellular and is announcing today more of its customers can make FaceTime calls when they're not connected to Wi-Fi. AT&T will be making FaceTime Over Cellular available to its customers who have tiered data plans and are using a compatible FaceTime device. Compatible devices are the iPhone 4S and newer, third-generation iPad and newer and the iPad Mini.
