The Talk Dock from UncommonGoods connects your phone to an old-fashioned handset and makes it look rather like an old desktop phone.  You can use the 30-pin connector with your iPhone, and the Talk Dock will serve as your phone stand, charging dock, and phone receiver.  You'll be able to use your shoulder to hold the receiver against your ear to keep your hands free – just like in those old TV shows and movies you may have seen.  ;)  The Talk Dock is made of ABS plastic and is available in black or green.
