After winning one billion dollars from its historical lawsuit against Samsung in August, Apple is now going after the Galaxy Note 10.1 tablet and Google's latest Android operating system – Jelly Bean. The report comes from Bloomberg who says that the company is now telling U.S. Magistrate Judge Paul S. Grewal in a federal court in San Jose that Samsung's Galaxy Note 10.1 has infringed Apple's patent. It's also adding Android 4.1 Jelly Bean to an existing lawsuit in California.
