Samsung's upcoming Galaxy Note III has received several DLNA certifications - for three model numbers: SM-N900S, SM-N900L, and SM-N900K. All are confirming that the new Note runs the latest Android 4.3 Jelly Bean (this, of course, should not come as a surprise). You can see the certifications here, here and here (all are PDF files). The Note III will be officially announced next month, on September 4, as Samsung's latest flagship Android device. Its features should include an Exynos 5 Octa 5420 processor (although some models will likely use Snapdragon 800 chipsets), LTE-Advanced connectivity, 3GB of RAM, and a 13MP rear camera.
