Samsung had initially promised that it would roll out the Android 4.3 update for Galaxy S3 by the end of October, however it didn't. Even though the company missed the deadline it set itself, there hasn't been that big of a delay. Samsung today started to roll out Android 4.3 for Galaxy S3. Since its a staged roll out, not all countries will receive it at once. Furthermore, carrier approval of said update might take additional time. One thing is for sure though, now, Samsung has finally got the ball rolling on Android 4.3 for Galaxy S3 owners.
As of this writing, the update has only been released in Ireland.
