Sony's first two Android tablets - the Tablet S and the dual-screen Tablet P - received lukewarm (and even unfavorable) reviews since their launch last year. Even so, Sony still plans to introduce new tablets. And one of them will likely be the Sony V150. The Sony V150 has been unveiled by a NenaMark1 benchmark test recently. It runs Android 4.0.3 Ice Cream Sandwich, and has a 1280 x 800 pixels display. The processor inside is a quad-core Nvidia Tegra 3 clocked at 1.4GHz.
