Missing from Sony's first round of phones to launch without the Ericsson tag was the Android version everyone is craving a taste of, but Ice Cream Sandwich is finally making its debut on the newly announced Xperia neo L — there is a bit of a tradeoff, though. While the neo L treats us to Android 4.0 it does so with little pizazz, featuring specs that place it squarely in the mid-range category. The handset, which is currently slated for a release in China, carries a 1GHz single-core Snapdragon CPU, 512MB of RAM, and a 4-inch display at 800×480.
