Toyota intends to maintain a cutting edge in the motor vehicle industry by working on a car display system which is capable of hooking up to a smartphone, mirroring its display whenever said handset is placed on a stand. This particularly interesting development would certainly make charging your device far more useful than before, as the smartphone's display will then synchronize with the vehicle's display. Once that happens, the phone can be used like a standard car display – without paying any regard as to whether you use its touchscreen or buttons on the steering wheel.
