. Apple on Friday updated its website with a new job creation section detailing the company's role in creating American jobs. Since its inception, the Cupertino-based company claims to have created or supported more than half a million jobs for U.S. workers across 50 states. “Throughout our history, Apple has created entirely new products - and entirely new industries - by focusing on innovation,” the company said on its website. “As a result, we've created or supported more than 500,000 jobs for U.S.
