Apple upgrades website ahead of the new iPad launch

Apple upgrades website ahead of the new iPad launch

The new iPad arrives in a few days, and it looks like Apple is already gearing up for its launch. According to reports online, Apple has started upgrading portions of its website with high-resolution images designed for the iPad's high resolution display. Just in case you haven't heard - the new iPad will have 9.7″ 2048 x 1536 Retina Display. In order to take full advantage of it, websites and apps will require high-resolution images.
At the moment, not all the images on Apple's website have been updated, but we can be pretty sure it'll completely overhauled by the 16th this Friday.
