Bell's Upcoming LG Optimus L5 To Be $199.95 Outright. Last week we let you know that Bell has plans to release the entry-level LG Optimus L5 on July 10th. This Android device is still on track and we now have the confirmed no-term pricing for you: $199.95. No word yet on the other contract pricing, but hopefully it'll fall to $0 on a 3-year.
