Foursquare's “Nearby Friends” functionality returns on iOS and BlackBerry, Android up next

Small things do matter. In case you were missing the “Nearby Friends” view on the Foursquare app, fret not because the company is now bringing back the feature – at least on iOS and BlackBerry. Apparently when Foursquare redesigned its app in June, the ability to switch between nearby check-ins and all activity was removed. Now, it is once again reintroducing the feature on the latest update. So if you're running the app on your iPhone, you can switch between the two views by dragging the screen down on your friends tab.
BlackBerry users, on the other hand, can simply tap the friends icon to switch between the two views.
