T-Mobile intros cheap ZTE Concord Android phone

T-Mobile USA has announces its cheapest Android smartphone ever: the T-Mobile Concord. Manufactured by ZTE, the Concord will be offered only on no annual contract plans (including T-Mobile Monthly4G). Running Android 2.3 Gingerbread, the Concord obviously has entry-level features: 3.5 inch HVGA display, Wi-Fi, and a 2MP rear camera.
The handset can be already bought at Walmart, which is offering it for $99.98 with its Walmart Family Mobile no annual contract plan.
